Facility Rental Information
Meeting rooms are available for rental by community groups at ten of the eleven Neighborhood Libraries. Please contact the Branch Librarian for availability. The Main Library has a meeting room and auditorium available. Contact the Facility Rental Coordinator for availability at 562-570-6291. A Facility Reservation Form must be completed and approved by LBPL for all facility rental requests. Upon completion of forms, please mail or fax (562-570-7408) to the attention of the Facility Rental Coordinator. Insurance Requirements:
As a condition of granting any permit, the Permittee shall provide evidence of General Liability insurance covering the event in an amount not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit. (Please see Facility Rules & Regulations for details). Tax Identification number is required when providing evidence of insurance coverage. Upon request, quotations for low cost liability insurance are available that meets the requirements of the permit.
