The Helen Fuller Cultural Carrousel is a committee of the Friends of the Long Beach Public Library. The Carrousel maintains a fund which provides cultural and book-related programs for children at the libraries of the Long Beach system.

The fund is named for Helen Fuller, who for more than 40 years was supervisor of children's services at the Long Beach Public Library. Helen Fuller arranged visits by authors, puppeteers, storytellers, musicians, and dramatists, with the goal of stimulating an interest in reading in the children who attended. The Carrousel carries on this fine tradition.
